Incredible team from porters to management. Booked big and warm enough room that was kept very clean. There was a spacious bathroom with hairdryers, a shower cap, and towels.

Conveniently located next to a subway stop, this place is clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. 🚇

Excellent and perfect location in New York short walk to the cafe below, and the famous 5th Avenue.

The staff here was fantastic, providing friendly service, and the room was spacious with an additional king-size bed perfect for two kids, which I loved.

In the deluxe double room, you'll find everything you need like clean sheets and a newly renovated bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and even has maple syrup for your pancake fix 🥞.

The place was clean and I enjoyed being close to city attractions and the skyline, thanks to its great location and we had a deluxe double room with a queen bed.

The location is central to most theaters, the rooms are spacious and cozy, some have king-size beds, and the staff is highly competent.

Wonderful and pleasant place, I truly enjoyed to be here.

We were in an excellent and perfect location next to subway, Times Square, Carnegie Hall and Central Park, and restaurants, spas, convenient store and 24h Subway. Very good service offered in this hotel.

Its location was excellent, close to many sights in New York, and in a particularly good area. I often went to Tri Tip Grill to pick up some food. The room was good sized and newly renovated, had wonderful views and featured a kettle, it's own balcony, and a storage. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom - large.

Overall it was big with a view. The hotel had a very central setting close to many sights in New York.

we arrived late at night and were told that although pre booked the hotel had run out of the type of room we had booked but they had upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge, so we had an even better stay than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. central park was in easy walking distance, and there was a subway stop on the corner next to the hotel that got us near where we wanted to be. the location was great. hotel room really clean. we stayed in 1 bedroom deluxe, which was lovely and big and had its own little kitchenette was included and fridge and microwave.

for us it was ideal 🙂
